We really dislike giving "negative" feed back and in this case its not negative towards Georgina but rather as to what the purpose of this company is. This was a property sale transaction - both sides had their own Solicitors and the Estate Agent - so we are unsure who engaged this company or what their purpose was - most emails told us that they were unable to get in touch with either Solicitors or gave up dates usually telling us things we already knew ie the Solicitor has received such & such a document - which we knew because we had sent it to the Solicitor! - or telling us information we had already received from our own Solicitors. So we never actually received any information that we did not already know other than "holding emails" as said in that there was no up date. - however Georgina who was our contact was always sending emails and obviously tried her best - but seemed to have little "authority" in getting the Solicitors to answer her calls or emails - so we would then get involved and do things to get the matter progressing

Such a good idea to have this service to accompany the house buying and selling process. A fantastic experience dealing with mainly Darcie and on occasion Donna, who were brilliant at keeping us up to date throughout and importantly replied to calls and/or emails, were friendly and kind appreciating that it was stressful at times but managed to be calm and collected. A truly positive experience and I would highly recommend

We thought that using ASAP would speed up the sale process without unnecessary duplication. We had to provide ASAP with all of the property information and pay for an identity check only to have to pay for another identity check with the solicitors and provide all the property information again to the solicitors. We are unsure of what ASAP actually did in the sale process as we may as well have dealt with the solicitors directly.

Ashleigh was super helpful throughout the whole process once we accepted an offer from the buyers. She made sure we are kept in the loop and she reduced our work load by contacting both solicitors, us, the buyers and the estate agent.
