TrustpilotI’m more efficient
Not really sure where they fitted into the process and certainly didn’t seem to have any influence in speeding things up. Any updates provided I already knew having been in touch with either solicitors, vendor or buyer myself. Another sales progresser in the chain was far more proactive in contacting all parties and then keeping everyone informed or requesting one of us to action something. My overall impression was reactive as opposed to proactive.

We were put in touch with Complete ASAP via estate agent who use them as intermediaries. We were very promptly contacted by our appointed Sales Progressor, Matthew L, who proved to be an absolute godsend from start to finish. He kept in touch with updates, relentlessly chased our buyers solicitors especially when they became rather uncommunicative, and worked with us to achieve deadlines. To this end, our sale took 11 weeks in total. Complete ASAP is a great service!

If you want continuity, someone who’s in touch regularly and always returns your calls and emails then I couldn’t recommend ASAP more highly if I tried. The issues raised in your review relate largely to the wider conveyancing and property transaction system, which unfortunately sits beyond the control of our business. Our role is to do everything we can to keep transactions moving, keep all parties informed, and help overcome obstacles as they arise, and we believe we fulfilled that role despite the complications within the chain.

I experienced a vigilant approach however I couldn't really see the difference this role had on the sale process. There we no measurable means to see that having a person going between the respective legal reps made any tangible difference to the process. On one occasion I was contacted to enquire about the timeline for exchange to completion. I saw no grounds for this seeing that my solicitor was dealing with the matter and I declined to discuss when I'm paying a solicitor and they can take my instruction on the matter.
