ASAP were excellent. We were looked after by Sharon who was the definition of "On the ball".Specifically, she regularly reported updates via their app which visually represents the completion of various stages along with text updates. However she also reported when matters did not progress and identified actions she would take to remedy this lack of progress. I have recently sold a house on behalf of elderly relatives without this service so I have a direct comparison. My opinion is I would not undertake a house sale without this service in place. It removes all the stress and completely transformed the conveyancing experience. I thoroughly recommend them.
