We have had a very positive experience with Complete ASAP. We last moved house 20 years ago and we were very apprehensive about how different our moving experience would be this time. Apart from the technology advancements which made the process a lot smoother than 20 years ago, it felt very reassuring to know that our progressor was on hand for any questions we had or if we required an update on our case. From the start of our move, our progressor provided us with regular updates so that we never felt like we didn't know what was going on in the background.

Having reviewed the file, the updates provided by Isabella reflected the position of the chain at the time they were shared. Unfortunately, circumstances elsewhere in the chain changed very close to the proposed completion date, creating uncertainty around whether completion could proceed as planned. We are sorry that completion was delayed and appreciate how frustrating and stressful last minute changes can be.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the use of an intermediary. Our role is to act as an extension of the estate agent's team, supporting clients through the sales progression process in much the same way as a dedicated sales progressor within an estate agency branch would.
