Emma Carling was helpful and pushed for the sale. However the sellers didn’t know she had taken over from the estate agent. They thought her email was spam. So this was a fault of the estate agents. I believe this should be addressed. All in all she was very helpful although occasionally needed a push to “remember “ us.

We have had a very positive experience with Complete ASAP. We last moved house 20 years ago and we were very apprehensive about how different our moving experience would be this time. Apart from the technology advancements which made the process a lot smoother than 20 years ago, it felt very reassuring to know that our progressor was on hand for any questions we had or if we required an update on our case. From the start of our move, our progressor provided us with regular updates so that we never felt like we didn't know what was going on in the background.
