At first I felt its another layer to the process which I wasn't sure would be helpful but overall I think the calls from Jill were a good way of getting an update and knowing what information was needed by the Solicitors at certain times. I cant say I used or looked at the app very much.

This is supposed to be an exciting time moving house but the process was so stressful by incorrect information never being able to get anyone and lack of communication. The list is endless. I wouldnt ever use again

Having 'an in between' point of contact for buying our first home has been a huge help for me and my partner. We were both unfamiliar with the process and felt out of our depth so having someone to ask questions and rely on to chase both sides of the sale for us gave us a huge amount of support. We had not heard of the service before but would definitely recommend anyone to use it when purchasing a home to help elevate the stress.

Darcie was always on hand when I needed. She out up with me pestering her multiple times a week for six months and kept her patience when dealing with some slow responders. Darcie was a delight to talk with on the phone and I hope that by some fluke she gets assigned to me next time I move.
