GoogleThey quoted 24 hours to do the landlord reference. It's been 2 weeks now and they still have not sent it through. I am about to lose the flat and the holding deposit, because they won't send the Landlord reference off while they have the audacity to pester me to allow people in for viewings of my current flat while they can't send a simple Landlord reference. They keep saying it will be sent soon, but when is soon.

GoogleAVOID! I went to Dixons to purchase a property on 2 occasions, I had to constantly call up to arrange a viewing. When I did manage to book a gentleman called Aaron only gave me 10minutes to view the property! I had to constantly chase him to finalise a deal with the seller. Left messages and calls. In the end I had given up and went elsewhere. Very disappointing and rude behaviour from the staff at Dixons.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleReally poor service. I called from 9am till 11 pm to ask about one property and no one answered my call then someone answer it and said one of his colleague will call me back at 1pm after that no one called me back. At 2pm i called and they said the property is under-offer and i said i can make a better offer and they said no. Today i received a call but unfortunately I was busy so i had no chance to reply but after i tried to call them for long time but no one replied. Around 2 O'clock someone replied and he cut my call without giving me any answer very unprofessional.
