GoogleTried to view a property to rent but before you view the property you must confirm you have a credit score of 500+ (even though the UK average is 414) otherwise they won’t even reference you. I’d be surprised if the staff even have that credit score. Shouldn’t offer a guarantor service if you’re going to have unrealistic credit score pass rates for prospective tenants, defeats the object of a guarantor no?

GoogleIn January 2019 they wouldn't allow me to view a house for sale until they give me a mortgage in principle. And then the mortgage advisor in the office told me I won't be able to get a mortgage! Now in April I have completed the purchase of another home. Avoid dixons if you want to buy a home. I've heard of certain agents having an agenda!

GoogleI had a difficult, complex situation buying a house. The whole team was very supportive, and always a phone call or email away. When they were not sure of the answer to my question, they were always able and willing to find out and get back to me. They even helped with chasing solicitors, lenders etc. to ensure the process kept moving. I would totally recommend.

GoogleYou may have to chase them excessively. The professionalism is non existent. In the end they sold the house, which is what mattered the most. They didn't even seem to know the process of exchanging contracts.
