GoogleI purchased a house and faced lots of unforeseen issues and hurdles.This purchase could have easily collapsed were it not for Sam at the Bearwood branch who liaised between myself, the vendor and conveyancing to help bridge the gaps and keep the process going to a prolonged but successful completion.
