GoogleDixons have been great from the moment I used them and still now. They have been quick and efficient in everything that they do. Specifically my property manager Joshua Cleveland I want to thank for being a great property manager. Being efficient, quick at solving, sorting any and all issues. Great communication. GoogleIt was very bad experience. First they take deposit and after few days says we are not giving back deposit . We don't understand what's happening with us . Very bad service and micheal and eliza both are very rude . They change statements on every single thing. Micheal grab my money first then never give me back .

GoogleAbsolutely appalling, got in contact with the estate agent about a property that I was interested in went to arrange a viewing on z property and explained that we was relocating from 150 miles away so wouldn’t be able to do a in-person appointment, Agreed and said that I would be no worries and would send a video viewing over to me the next day. Four days passed and gave them the benefit of the doubt with it being a weekend. Phoned up to ask them were the viewing was and they had the cheek to tell me that they had already Let agreed the property. I completely understand that property’s go fast however when you have put so much effort into to liaising with there estate agent for them to then go behind your back and let it and not even inform you that they have done that severely unprofessional and will not be using ever again.

GoogleWe've recently decided to move and Dixons were more than helpful with the process. Considering that where we live currently is a property let by Dixons Yardley, they worked hand in hand with Dixons Bearwood to find a suitable home, based on our requirements. As far as the Bearwood branch, Layah, who was very helpful at the viewing and Chloe, who then started the process and made things go very smoothly (liaising with Ryan from the Yardley branch) - this just showed real teamwork and consideration to make us tenants want to go with Dixons all the way.

GoogleI viewed a property with Dixons Bearwood and lady who showed us I believe was called cheri/sheri ( dark long hair & short) told my dad on the viewing that if she paid him a fee she would help him secure the property. This isn’t professional and I would never expect an agent to ask for money. My father is old and I assume she asked him thinking he would agree.
We have reported this review to Google and strongly refute the allegations. Furthermore we have no record of any dealings as the person named does not conduct viewings. We therefore ask you to remove this review.

GoogleI visited the Bearwood branch on Saturday 23 July after unexpectedly needing to find somewhere to rent. I met Daniella and she listened to our situation and seemed to understand immediately what we needed. Just days later, she found us the perfect new home and booked us in for a viewing. We loved the house, so together with Kim, Daniella arranged the whole application process for us quickly, efficiently and very helpfully. We moved in on Saturday 20 August - it feels like a miracle that all this happened within a month of meeting Daniella! We love our new home and we're sure we'll be very happy there. Thank you SO much, Daniella and Kim. We can wholeheartedly recommend you, you've all been wonderful to deal with and we feel really looked after by the team at Dixon's Bearwood.
