Yes I gave Dixon’s of Erdington 5 stars. Great helpful staff and being my first property to sell (and I’m no spring chicken) and not having a clue where to start or what to expect. Sarah Blair walked me through the whole process and was there to help in every situation ( and I needed it) to fill in what seemed like endless forms making sure I didn’t put a foot wrong and sold the property in ten days As I said all great helpful staff and I can’t thank Sarah Blair enough for her help and guidance who has that rare quality of going that extra mile when needed Highly Recommend. I use Dixons find a Tenant service regularly. Invariably these days it's Amy and Nadia that work on my requirements but sometimes Hannah is also involved. I'm a hard task master and don't suffer fools gladly. I must say they all do a great job and meet the target timescales to find great tenants. Dixons Erdington are always my first port of call when any of my Erdington properties need a tenant. They always meet my requirements before I need to consider getting more help. Keep up the good work!

In Erdington, at Dixons you will find your perfect Mortgage adviser, Danielle Robinson. She is one in a million. She is helping you to find the perfect house to buy. In just 10 weeks( since we put the offer) we had the key to our new house. Always there to explaine everything, and to make sure you understand it and you are doing the correct thing. Dixons Estate Agent ~Erdington We would like to start off and thank our special team in alphabetical order: Charlotte ,Ewelina,Sam and Sarah....without you guys this sale would not have happened. Team provided us with an excellent service. We had initially registered with another agency and in the months they had our property, we had to chase for updates. That particular company did not make us feel that we were priority. 18 weeks and no result Dixon’s team were SO different. We had updates from get go. Every viewings set up, we got email and text messages. We knew who was going into our property and the outcome. They made us their priority. There was a constant communication with Sarah, she was the glue ~ our SUPER glue. She was our point of contact from point of sale agreement. She kept the communication going between us, our recommended solicitor and buyer. Assuring and guiding us. All the staff knew the status of our sale it shows the level of their excellence, their professionalism and passion for their job. We could call anytime and felt free to do so. It really felt like nothing was any trouble. Everything ran really smoothly from initial conversation,going on the market to sale. We are really happy with the level of service received by our girls listed and would recommend Dixon’s Erdington Branch to anyone if you want an easy, efficient, professional and honest service. I have just bought my second investment property from Dixons. There were some serious issues related to the purchase caused by my business partner. Despite this and the understandable frustration it caused the seller, Sarah and Sam at the Erdington branch of Dixons were excellent. They were really supportive and understood what this purchase meant to me based on the great relationship I have built with them. I'm very grateful to both of them for being part of this ultimately successful purchase and I look forward to doing business with them again soon.

First occasion we meet Danielle was purchasing our first home, she helped us with everything you do not realise how much paperwork is involved but with Danielle’s help, making sure we were in our budget, and all paperwork completed correctly we purchased our home. Me and my husband brought our first home a month ago through Dixon's using a mortgage advisor Denise Lambe. We thought we were never going to be able to get a mortgage but Denise walked us through step by step making the whole process quick, easy and calm. Fantastic service at Dixon's in Erdington Monika helped us get a mortgage to purchase our first home when I was sure that this wasn't going to be easy...I was wrong Monika reassured me and it was really easy with her help. She helped us through every step of the process and was always there for any advice, reassurance and support, from the beginning to the final step of completion. Dixons is the best Estate Agents ever! All the staff were so friendly and kind and nothing was too much trouble. They listened and explained things to me when I asked questions and always let me know what was happening. They helped to push things through and get the house sale through as fast as possible and were quick to sort out any problems. The manager Sarah Blair is AMAZING and made me feel less stressed about moving and always updated me.
