Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification. The complaints department then made a series of derisory compensation offers putting their own interests before their customers. Completely unprofessional, always act like they’re doing you a favour, despite the fact you pay them for services they fail to fulfil. Use the lettings services if you are content that the Terms of Business you sign will be lost and misrepresented at every opportunity so they don’t have to do their job. Terrible. The reviews here are very suspicious when compared with Trustpilot………..

I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Dixons Erdington. Excellent communication and truly helpful throughout the whole process. Without them, and especially without the support of Asad from the mortgages team, our first home purchase simply wouldn’t have happened. The mortgage situation initially seemed hopeless, but Asad guided us through every step with incredible determination and care. Huge thanks also to Louise and Sarah for their constant support and for motivating all parties involved to act quickly and keep things moving. Their persistence made a real difference.

We had a complete boiler shutdown at our rental flat which caused our tenants loss of heating and hot water. Naturally cause for concern and urgency to resolve. Our agents Dixons Lettings through the portfolio manager Harry Richards and his team were exceptional at keep us posted with the various quotes from contractors to dealing with a very irate tenant understanbly so in the circumstances. We finally were able to resolve the matter with a private contractor however were impressed with the professional and personalised service offered by Harry especially. Highly recommend their services.

Danielle and the team were really great when it came to us selling our property. From coming over to value the house as well as each step until completion they were more than happy to help us and put our minds at ease (which felt like every minute as this was our first house on the market) The team ensured we completed within our time frame as we wanted to get our son into nursury and even had a few clients in mind to view the house before it even had a for sale sign !!
