Absolutely fantastic service from Sales Branch Manager Raza Muhammad. From day one was happy to see me at last minute and squeezed me into his busy schedule, the entire process from start to finish was impeccable. Raza, clearly explained in laymen’s terms all the options available . My tenant find was done before the opportunity to have a letting board put up. He has gone above and beyond . Dixons (Countrywide Mortgage services) offered us brilliant service. Vijay was so patient, clear and supportive throughout the process of getting our mortgage for the purchase of our first home. Vijay was able to share insights on the market which assisted with our decision making. He also managed to secure a great interest rate for us and negotiated with the bank to accept a lower interest rate after our initial deal fell through. Vijay has been contactable at every step of the way when I had questions and always provided regular updates. It was a pleasure working with Vijay and I would highly recommend going with Dixons (Countrywide mortgage services)

I recently began renting a property through Dixons and would like to thank the team for all of their help. Hassan showed me around the property and made organising the contract very seamless. He has always helped with queries in a timely manner and made sure I was content overall. I've had issues with letting agencies in the past and I'm confident I won't have that with this team. I have experienced some issues within the property whilst living here and the team liaise very well with the landlord to get things fixed. Harry, the property manager proves to be just as helpful. My oven didn't work when I moved into the property, and Harry was persistent to get it fixed after several visits, always looking for a new way to solve the issue. He made sure to remain transparent and always kept me updated. This issue affected me financially as I couldn't cook and both Hassan and Harry put my mind at ease as I could trust they would find a solution. Often, tenants can worry that they won't receive adequate support but this team show they are completely impartial and support both the landlord and the tenant. It is clear that this team cares about building rapport with their clients. Having consistency with the staff has been a great help. I recently had a property inspection and Hassan was very friendly as usual and made sure to document any concerns I had about the property. This was particularly helpful as I got used to living with some things that were a slight concern. He also followed up with a small request I made that I thought could easily be forgotten. Overall, I'm so grateful for all the help this team at Dixons have provided me. With their efficiency, kindness and dedicated support for tenants, I would highly recommend to rent with them and their landlords. If I ever choose to leave the area, I would definitely be disappointed to miss out on this team.

The whole team Sarah, Lucy, Alison, Charlotte and Denise were fantastic, professional and offered us advice that benefitted us for the future. Brilliantly, sold our property within a short time frame. The Team at Dixons Erdington have been phenomenal from start to finish. Had a particularly complex sales journey whereby there were various unforeseen circumstances and obstacles in selling my Dad's property, plus one of the buyers was overseas which required alot more checks. This required regular intervention by Dixons to move the sale along. Left alone the whole sales journey would of ground to a halt. Sarah Blair and her team were brilliant. Sarah was on the case and as soon as updates were available she contacted me so I was fully aware of what was going on. Although the whole experience was stressful (who said buying and selling property wasn't!) especially for my parents, I couldn't of asked for a better service from Dixons Erdington. I was always happy to receive a call from them!. Thanks Guys for your help and support!! Definitely recommended.

Dixons Erdington, are a subsidiary of Countrywide run from their Warwick office. They provided abysmal management of my property. They missed 10 inspections over 5 years, lost the original contract, failed to handle tenant communications and their convoluted processes lead to repeated mistakes. Manager Raza Muhammad ignored my correspondence, was borderline aggressive when spoken to on the phone (the single time he spoke to me) and failed to provide the requested Terms of Business or confirm a move-out inspection, leaving me unaware of my property’s condition for re-letting. The branch was inexplicably closed during opening hours when I arrived to collect my keys, despite prior notification. The complaints department then made a series of derisory compensation offers putting their own interests before their customers. Completely unprofessional, always act like they’re doing you a favour, despite the fact you pay them for services they fail to fulfil. Use the lettings services if you are content that the Terms of Business you sign will be lost and misrepresented at every opportunity so they don’t have to do their job. Terrible. The reviews here are very suspicious when compared with Trustpilot………..

We had a complete boiler shutdown at our rental flat which caused our tenants loss of heating and hot water. Naturally cause for concern and urgency to resolve. Our agents Dixons Lettings through the portfolio manager Harry Richards and his team were exceptional at keep us posted with the various quotes from contractors to dealing with a very irate tenant understanbly so in the circumstances. We finally were able to resolve the matter with a private contractor however were impressed with the professional and personalised service offered by Harry especially. Danielle and the team were really great when it came to us selling our property. From coming over to value the house as well as each step until completion they were more than happy to help us and put our minds at ease (which felt like every minute as this was our first house on the market) The team ensured we completed within our time frame as we wanted to get our son into nursury and even had a few clients in mind to view the house before it even had a for sale sign !! From this we had a buyer which was great !! All the ladies were absolutely brilliant and felt like friends by the time all was complete. Could not recommend High enough.
