GoogleGreat service! My property went live online the day I contacted the team. Mass viewings booked by the first weekend and the property rented. Communication from the team was great. Really helpful, great attitude and keen to help. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. After originally instructing a different agent who took 6 days to come back to me to start marketing my property, the service from this team was like night and day

GoogleIt's taken me a while to write this, as I've been waiting for the internet to be installed in my fabulous new flat. I cannot fault the staff at Dixons - they were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end! I'm a first-time buyer, and from my initial viewings with Simon, top notch mortgage advice from Danielle and completion with Sarah (not to mention the other members of staff who were brilliant with each visit) made the process seamless, stress-free and exciting! They were always on hand to answer my multitude of questions, made sure I understand everything that was going and, and were all lovely to boot. They all come HIGHLY recommended - I've already passed on their details to my best friend who is in the process of getting her deposit together, and will be doing the same for anyone else in a position to buy. GoogleEXCELLENT SERVICE Dixon's in Erdington worked so hard to make my purchase of a property run smoothly. Sarah the manager and Alison the sales negotiator kept in touch regularly and updated myself on developments throughout the whole process. I found the staff really friendly and always ready to help. It's a well established estate agent and their expertise is priceless. I would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a property to go and talk to Dixon's first.

I've known my tenant for many years so did not require their full management service, but as a first time landlord Nadia's guidance and support through the process, certificates required, etc was invaluable.
