The whole process was made so much easier and they assisted from beginning to end. They made a potentially stressful situation extremely straight forward. GoogleAbsolute time wasters. I have been actively looking for a property to rent. Three weeks ago I contacted the agent, to book a viewing, agent called me back a week later to inform me viewing was cancelled, as the property was taken, I was a little disappointed but thought hey, I then showed an interest to another property, this time speaking to another agent, the agent booked me in, funny enough on the same day, I received an email from agent when I first called them, about another property, this one didn't quite catch my eye, but I agreed to view it, I was honest, informing them, it was not for me, after the viewing, I mentioned the property that I really liked, agent said you would really like this one, re-confirming the booking on 11/06/2020 at 16:45, on the day I tried to contact the office, to confirm the go ahead, no answer, I tried several times, then received a text at 16:20, second time round ''Your viewing for …….. has been cancelled as the property is no longer available. Thanks Dixons', it makes me wonder if they just pick and choose who they want as tenants,, cancelled on me twice, It would be good to see record, of how many people made an enquiry, date and time, I'm sure I was one of the first, where's the fairness in that, not even a viewing, again absolute time wasters!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had a very short turnaround for when I needed to move to the area and Amy and Nadia where So helpful it made the whole process so much easier. After telling them I needed to be in within two weeks for the start of a new job and moving from north wales they sent me over more properties that where up for rent and assured me that everything would be sorted within my given timescale. With having the view all properties within one day I was able to find the perfect flat in the area that suited all my needs. Even after moving in they have always been at the end of an email answering any of my questions I have and have definitely helped the transition so much easier. I would definitely recommend this estate agents as they are friendly, knowledgeable and care about what their clients needs and requirements are.

Google100% recommend this team to anybody. I’ve been looking for a house for a while now and been to numerous estate agents but none compared to level of service I received in branch from Amy & Nadia. The dynamic duo. But seriously the level of professionalism from the two of them, every question I had they answered straight away, every query I had they made sure that is was resolved, 1000000% recommend to anybody and will defiantly recommend to my friends who are thinking about moving. GoogleI bought my property from Dixons at Erdington and I was introduced to Danielle Robinson who is the Senior Executive Mortgage & Protection Consultant for Countrywide. I cannot speak highly of her. As we all know buying a property is really stressful but she tried her very best to ensure it to be as stress free as possible. We found Danielle very professional and available to deal with any question either in person, email or telephone. She tries to find the best rate possible for the client and we are really appreciative of all her advice and help. We will always go back to Danielle to have our re-mortgage

GooglePiss takers took them 3 months to return my deposit, constant excuse and every week we been given 7 working days! Guess they cant afford paying people back avoid at all cost!!!!!
