GoogleApplied for a property same day it was advertised via telephone. Lady took my details and advised viewings would take place following week as tenant was still living there. Following week came, no contact made so I tried several times to contact the office. Never any answer. Next thing you know property has been let. Poor/lack of communication, I don’t appreciate my time being wasted.

GoogleI recently had some repairs in the house that needed fixing and from the moment the it was brought the issues to my housing manager ,Gina Neves, she had the problem brought to the landlords and ready to be fixed within a couple of hours and by rented housing standards I've never experienced a quicker fix

GoogleHarry Richards, our portfolio manager is very professional and helpful. Our window handle was broken, so we couldn’t close our window downstairs, leaving our property unsafe. Normally it takes 24 hours for maintenance to come out, but with Harry’s help they were here within hours and fixed everything. After that Harry called me back to ask if I feel safer now.
