Following a detailed review of our files, it would appear the property is owned by another individual and there is no record of you as a third party, whom we can liaise with. I have found many of them very unprofessional, they don’t get back to you and lack any common courtesy or respect. Many of them have left me frustrated and irritated. This is for the Hornchurch branch. Extremely rude service from Reece Auger there. Very unprofessional. This agent is dishonest, keep claiming other potential buyers put higher offers in when that's not the case. They rush buyers and then get upset if the sale doesn't go through and buyers look for other properties. That happens, sales fall through and if you're dishonest and rush buyers, that is more likely to happen. That leads to lots of sellers having issues too. I would not recommend using this agent to buyers or sellers. They cause problems and are losing clients because of it too. They put adverse notes on accounts after getting upset with them, very rude attitude and no idea how to speak to buyers and that is why they lose business. Don't go by the fake 5 star reviews they write themselves or get people they know to write. Stay away from these cowboys.

Following a detailed appraisal of your file and subsequent conversations with yourself and individuals concerned, I conclude there appears to have been a breakdown of communication. As I explained to you, time is of the essence with any potential purchase and a seller will expect to see the transaction progressing after accepting an offer. Unfortunately, after some weeks, we were yet to see any commitment from you. This indeed raised concerns, resulting in the re-marketing of the property which as you can imagine, was a disappointment to our seller.
