To be honest some estate agents are not interested in lettings. Beresfords were really good. I needed either new build on the market or refurbished on the market. And to where I needed and wanted to live. The communication was second to none, always keeping myself up to date. The people skills were great and that’s all you want in life. I am being honest the other estate agents local to me , we’re not really helpful, and the communication skills were some what lacking and definitely did not understand what I was looking for. Maybe they were having a bad day. Or that’s them in general. Definitely recommend Beresfords as all we want in life is an easy experience and good communication face to face, ten out of ten for me 👍.
