Just about to complete on the sale of my late Mother’s house. From the first meeting and throughout the process I have received a first class service. Always friendly and efficient I had total confidence that I couldn’t have been in better hands. I highly recommend this family business who are experts in the Urmston area.

I don't know who is giving this estate agent a 5 star but they are absolutely useless and rude. We were there 20min early but no one showed up. I was apparently they had the time mixed up and we lost the property that we really liked. There are much better agents than Paul Birtles and they are only 3 stars.

As an overseas landlord I find Birtles staff are highly professional and attentive, their timely response in managing all issues is impressive. The comfort of being able to rely on a company with intricate local knowledge and experience to manage my property in my absence is priceless.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I rented what was advertised as a smoke free lat due to my daughter having asthma. On viewing all windows were open and masks were worn due to Covid restrictions so there was no smell of smoke. On moving in the smell of toxic 3rd hand smoke is lethal and extremly harmful to my daughters chronic asthma. Despite trying to resolve the issue, Paul Birtles have refused to even acknowledge the situation and won't help find alternative accommodation. This flat is a health hazard to my daughter but they dont seem to give a dam. I wish I had never come across this company and would avoid them at all costs. This is now seriously effecting my daughter's health yet Paul Birtle sits by and does absolutely nothing. SHAME ON YOU PAUYL BIRTLES! THIS IS AN ABSOLUITEL DISGRACE. This is a company purely driven by money and that's that!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Agency puts a house online and does not really want to rent out before even knowing who moves in or even letting us have a look at the house. Got fed some made up stories why they do not want to rent out all of a sudden. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend unfortunately.

Dan at Paul Birtles recently managed the sale of my late parents' home for me and they were absolutely fantastic. They handled everything from beginning to end with professionalism, efficiency and sensitivity. They made what I expected to be a very stressful experience, effortless for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

Paul Birtles achieved a quick sale, well above our initial asking price. They were always accessible and ready with helpful advice throughout the process to completion and particularly when matters were becoming bogged down during the conveyancing stage. Heartily recommended.

We have recently completed a house move and selected Paul Birtles Estate Agents to handle the sale for us. From the first meeting with Paul everything was handled in a professional manner. We had viewings in the first week and sold with a couple of weeks after six viewings one Saturday. All viewings were confirmed by email and feedback was prompt. One second viewing and we had a sale. The lady who did the viewings, Shirley, was very pleasant and knowledgable about the property and I’m sure helped secure the sale. Dan handled all the administrative process and kept us fully informed throughout. Yes we had a few ups and downs but everything was handled professionally and communication was very efficient. We would highly recommend Paul Birtles Estate Agent’s.PositiveProfessionalism

Our sale turned into a long process, but that’s nothing to do with the service we received from Dan at Birtles, who was 1st rate. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Cheers Dan and the staff at Birtles.
