Googleour property was sold by Paul Birtles estate agents. We had great service from the beginning to the end. If I rang with a query and if they didn’t know the answer they would find out and always called me back when promised. Staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleI bought a house through Paul Birtles approx 18 years ago and was happy with the professionalism from day one. A few years later I engaged the lettings side of the business to manage renting the house. Again the service i got was well worth the % of the rental I paid - they were excellent throughout. I've enjoyed working with the guys throughout the lifecycle, which comes to a close today. Guess who I used to sell it ? Thats right Paul Birtles. Cant recommend highly enough.....Thanks Paul, Chris, Dan and co.

GoogleBought a house through Paul Birtles before would never use again. When I was shown the property he just stood in the lounge never shown us round the house, given us next to zero info on the house and I found it difficult to extract basic info from him, like council tax banding. Was like he didn't want to be there or care.

GoogleAfter being seriously let down by another estate agent, Birtles has restored my faith. Excellent agents who never failed to do their very best. My only regret is that we didn't go with them from the beginning

FacebookAsked if they could do a valuation, without inspection, their response was very unprofessional and rude, I can assure them, that when I do put the house on the market it shan’t be them, they really do not deserve to be an estate agent in our area. They clearly do not know how to be professional and don’t deserve business from anyone .
