From our initial meeting through to completion they were extremely efficient and very pleasant to deal with, all calls were answered and returned promptly. GoogleToday we completed on our property sold by Paul Birtles estate agents. We had great service from the beginning to the end. I was kept updated throughout, when I rang with a query if they didn’t know the answer they would find out and always called me back when promised. Staff were always pleasant. I would definitely recommend.

Hi Stephen Thanks for taking the time to leave the review - we market properties in several different ways and in accordance with client instructions. On occasion, vendors instruct us to sell property without advertising online. We currently have sales agreed on properties prior to online marketing. In some instances, for sale boards are simply ordered before the property is advertised online or prior to brochure sign off from a client. I'm unsure why this is the cause of the low rating. Looking at our system, we don't currently have you registered so in the first instance, please feel free to get in touch and we can register your details for future listings. GoogleI found these particularly disappointing. We were looking to buy a house through them. Asked to be kept informed about a property we wanted to buy. They didn't keep us informed. Took the trouble to go in and ask them why they didn't keep us informed. They simply didn't give a damn to the point of rudeness.
