I’ve used Paul Birtles Letting Agents for over 10 years managing my property, and the service has been consistently excellent throughout. They’ve always been reliable, easy to deal with, and very proactive, keeping me updated and handling everything without any hassle. It’s taken a lot of the stress out of managing a property, especially doing it on behalf of a family member. A special mention to Chris Balden, who has been brilliant to deal with. Always responsive, professional, and on top of things. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a letting agent you can trust long-term.

Phenomenal service! I met with 5 different agents to sell my house in Stretford. Paul was so down to earth, without the sales patter and blew the others out of the water. All the team are excellent - Dan and Melissa mainly handled my sale and we sold within 2 weeks. Speedy responses and always happy to help - you really can’t go wrong. We had the pleasure of dealing with Paul Birtles Estates after dealing with two other dreadful agents that were local to our late mother’s property. We took the plunge to deal with this agent who was out of the area after a recommendation and we are so glad we did. A company that has real drive for selling your home and a real caring side for the clients and vendors, all staff are attentive and extremely efficient which we never found with other agents. Dan in particular went above and beyond when dealing with 3 siblings keeping us all fully updated and dealing with our grief and frustrations at the same time, nothing was ever too much trouble and he would always return a call or drop an email.
