GoogleMelissa was great! We were keen on completing before the increase in stamp duty from 1st April and Melissa made sure everything ran as smoothly and quickly as possible! GoogleCommunication very poor never return calls Put for sale sign up on a flimsy fence panel and caused it to bend over and evenrually break i suppose tthese things happen so informed them and they had 3 months to sort out but there reply below shows they couldnt be bothered so decided to let it sell and become the new owners problem not what you would expect from a so called reputible company. Yes there house sold but you left them with a broken fence thats my point
