Dan and the team were first class in our dealings with them. Their professionalism in their approach and dedication in their marketing and sales were outstanding. We have used several different agents in the Urmston area and would recommend Paul Birtles to anyone who needs support in a house purchase or sale.

The overall service and experience was 1st Class, I had instructed Paul Birtles to take over the listing, from a previous agent due to their lack of professionalism. It was immediately clear to me that I was in the right hands, the level of professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. The entire team was instrumental in making the process stress free and rewarding. Thank you, Paul Birtles - for making my dreams come to fruition.

Lovely and friendly local estate agents who made moving into a new rental property as stress free as moving can be. Highly recommend and a special mention to Jenny who has been super patient with my (I'm sure!) Daft questions!

Professional from start to finish. I had several estate agents to consider but from the moment I met Paul I knew his company was the one to choose. Owner of a local community based independent company who knows the area like the back of his hand! Paul, his son Dan and the whole team were so efficient but most importantly the communication was second to none. They truly are the best in the business and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did! Frank & Lisa Barrett

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank you and all at Paul Birtles who have assisted in the smooth sale of my property, with the current financial climate I didn't think I'd have a sale so quickly, but from the moment the offer was made I felt reassured myself and the management of the property was in good hands and the fact the whole process took just a little over 3 months was an added bonus. The service I received from the company has been exceptional from the giving of information to answering any questions I raised and being a very competent team when the relevant solicitors faced challenges.

Selling our family home of 60 years was a huge decision and was filled with emotions, but Paul Birtles Estate Agents made the whole process very easy and seamless. Paul came originally and viewed/assessed the house during extremely difficult times as interest rates were soaring and the market was not moving. They did, as promised, find us a buyer and the process of sale from start to finish was really easy. Great communication from Dan, both verbal and emailed, and the conclusion - the keys were handed over on Thursday for the sale to complete last Friday. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul Birtles Estate Agents to anyone wishing to sell within their area. Thanks for Paul, Dan, Shirley and Sam and the rest of the team.

We had a great buying experience from first visiting to register for viewings to getting the keys to our new house. It may look old fashioned on initially visiting, compared to more modern agents in Urmston BUT don't let this put you off! There's a reason Paul Birtles have been around for so many years. Organising viewings was easy and the team were responsive and helpful re any queries. We were particularly impressed with Sam who was personable, helpful and professional. We would definitely recommend Paul Birtles to others. They helped make the process of buying our first home a pleasant and relatively stress free one
