After having sold a business premises through Paul Birtles ,we decided to sell our family home through them.The experience of selling both premises with them ,was professional from start to finish.The valuation was realistic other agents have inflated valuations expecting to get our business .Don't go for inflated valuations as the get reduced later ,slow the process down and cause more stress.All viewing were carried out by their highly qualified staff,who made the experience as stress free as possible.Thanks to Paul, Dan,Shirley,and Sam for all your help.
