GoogleI cannot recommend Locate Estate Agents enough, a great service with great people. From the very start they were honest, knowledgable, with a friendly and professional attitude. We had several bumps in the road during the whole process but Locate were very helpful and encouraging, and in the end really helped us get the sale and purchase over the line. Communication was also top notch, which is a big help during a stressful time. Thank you Locate.

The guys have bent over backwards to help us every step of the way, They made sure we were always kept up to date and things were done as efficiently as possible. GoogleLocate were great, super efficient, honest, hardworking and determined to get the sale through. They needed up managing the entire chain, including houses that weren’t with them as it was taking so long. They were honest about the price and realistic and what we would get. From the initial viewing with Billy, to Jade and Kirsty finalising the sale, the locate team were fab! Highly recommend!
