Googlekirsty and billy may be a small team but they're so accommodating. from day one kirsty was able to get back to me in the evenings after work when other offices are closed, and until late at weekends too. she has a personal touch, giving guidance and direction as and where possible. billy who did the viewing is really thorough, you don't feel rushed. although I didn't go ahead with the buy, the communication from their end was really prompt, quick and efficient. would definitely recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Value

FacebookLocate Estate Agents sold my property within 1 week of it going on the market.The service I received from start to finish was outstanding.Billy attended each viewing because he lives round the corner from my ‘now old property’ and knows the area like the back of his hand, which was not gone unnoticed.The level of detail to accuracy from Kirsty including her knowledge, not just with the property market but legally was fantastic. Due to Kirsty having such a strong relationship with my purchasers estate agent and my solicitor helped the completion run so much more smoothly. I can’t thank you enough Kirsty.I would also like to mention Jade and Katherine in the office who were also superb, calling me and always being one step ahead on the paperwork required.What a fantastic team I can not recommend them enough.I write this sat in my new living room, feeling extremely grateful for all of your help in making this happen. FacebookIt’s definitely not what you know. It’s who you know! And I’m glad I know Kirsty and the gang at Locate. Not only did Locate find me a tenant for my rental property before it had even been posted on Rightmove, but when that tenant messed us around, changing their mind last minute (nothing to do with the property by the way) Kirsty, quickly got the property back on Rightmove and had more interview lined up within no time. Now I’ve got a long term tenant and couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Locate. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks guys!
