FacebookI chose Locate to sell my house based on the many glowing reviews I had seen and I’m so glad I did. All of the team are fantastic, from marketing, handling offers, general advice to managing the various blips that can arise during conveyancing. I was also lucky enough to buy my new house through them which I’m grateful for. At times, buying and selling houses can get so stressful you can become slightly unhinged! Kirsty and the team deserve awards for diplomacy, tact and professionalism. I hope I never move again but if I do I’d 100% use Locate.

GoogleFantastic service Exactly what you want from an estate agent! Jade, Kirsty and Billy are top of their game! Efficient service, excellent communication throughout, despite a few failed sales through no fault on our part they stayed positive and communicated perfectly, the property was put back on the market at the earliest opportunity and a new buyer found in days! I cannot recommend locate enough! If you want great honest positive service choose locate! Pop in the office you are always welcomed by the team! I honestly cannot say anything negative and I have had poor experiences from other local agents!!

FacebookCannot recommend Kirsty and the entire team enough. They were so helpful and honest throughout our sale and were always at the end of the phone no matter what! Thought we were ‘taking a chance’ as Locate is a relatively new business but it definitely paid off as the service is the best when comparing them to other estate agents we have been in contact with. Will definitely be using them again in future and will be suggesting them to any friends and family who require them!

GoogleWe are writing this review as locate and especially kirsty were simply brilliant. Locate unfortunately we're not our estate agents but kirsty made the process of moving a lot easier. She communicated with us, guided us through the process, better than our own estate agent. If we didn't have her to fall back on we would have been totally lost. Locate care about their clients. GoogleLocate Estate Agents sold my property within 1 week of it going on the market. The service I received from start to finish was outstanding. Billy attended each viewing because he lives round the corner from my ‘now old property’ and knows the area like the back of his hand, which was not gone unnoticed. The level of detail to accuracy from Kirsty including her knowledge, not just with the property market but legally was fantastic. Due to Kirsty having such a strong relationship with my purchasers estate agent and my solicitor helped the completion run so much more smoothly. I can’t thank you enough Kirsty. I would also like to mention Jade and Katherine in the office who were also superb, calling me and always being one step ahead on the paperwork required.
