I was really nervous about selling our house but we had wanted to do this for ages. We spoke to Kirsty who was so reassuring, she gave us brilliant advice and is extremely knowledgeable. Kirsty and Billy came to our home and they were both amazing, extremely professional and are both fantastic at there job. Billy did the viewings and was again fantastic. Locate Sold our house and kept us fully informed throughout about every step. Kirsty is still assisting us now, shes always available and nothing is any trouble. She really goes the extra mile and her and Billy care about there clients, no question is any bother to them and they will take the time to talk things over with you.  We are now so exited to move into our new home. Best Estate Agent I’ve ever used. Managed to sell our house in 1 day. Great comms throughout the process, organised, did all the viewings themselves kept things moving with the solicitors and made sure that things didn’t come off the rails towards the end when the solicitors were having a bit of back and forth about some conveying issues. Jade was great at keeping us in the loop and up-to-date and Jack was amazing with the viewings process. Would highly recommend.
