I want to leave a glowing review for Jade, Amy, Billy and Kirsty. This is a wonderful team and I can't thank them enough. Especially Jade, she is just wonderful, very proactive and supportive. Unfortunately, we didn't get the property but Jade was with us from the beginning to end and she really helped a lot and very supportive. I will definitely recommend Locate to anyone wanting to buy a property. They really care about the buyers and sellers and this shows in their service.

I have bought and sold multiple properties in the last few years and I can hands down say I have never come across such an unprofessional, unknowledgeable and unpleasant company to deal with. After arriving to a viewing 6 minutes late Billy was extremely rude to me, and unwilling to show me the property. He was more intent on arguing with me, even though the people booked in after me were also late. Even though I apologised numerous times and explained that I had driven 75 miles to see the property, he was extremely rude to me. I felt so uncomfortable as a female alone in this house with this aggressive tone, I chose to cut short the viewing just to get away. He even shouted after me down the street. If I was selling that house I'd be shocked to hear that my estate agent's attitude could cost me a sale, and I'd certainly think twice before enlisting these agents. There are much better ones in Urmston. Truth is, I had every intention of buying that property prior to this viewing, but decided not to pursue.

This team have to be THE most professional team I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in Rentals over many many years !! Their attention to detail is unrivalled when compared to other 'market leaders'. Every call and update was delivered with a smile and utmost positivity at every stage. Living in the UAE is always a worry given the logistics of renting an expensive property at arms length, however, from the moment I spoke with Kirsty, it was beyond reasonable doubt, that I had absolutely nothing to be worried about....she made a promise and most certainly over-delivered. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Local Estate Agent as your trusted partner in letting your property, no matter what location you are or indeed the property is located. I want to give a massive public thank you to the staff at Locate. We mostly dealt with Kirsty and Jade and they were brilliant, very proactive and pragmatic. We signed up for RightMove alerts in February just to get a feeling for the Urmston market and happened to fall in love with pretty much the first house we saw. Locate put my flat in Salford on the market and sold it STC within a couple of weeks. Fast forward to May and we're very happy in our new home in Urmston and thankful for Locate's help in making it happen.

As everyone knows, selling a house is both stressful and emotional. Kirsty and Jade do everything necessary to make the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. They are pro-active and kept me (and our Solicitors) fully up to speed with developments and progress. Kirsty and Jade were especially effective as acting as a mediator throughout the process. As it was lockdown 2, all visits to the property had to be carefully planned with the tenant and this was handled expertly even after a buyer was found. No words I write will convey how grateful we are to Locate! The moment we met Billy, we felt completely confident in his ability to find our new home, and he did! Katherine was with us when we first viewed the property, and she shared in my excitement and put up with my tears as I fell in love with it! Throughout our entire purchase I felt completely comfortable and so at ease, knowing it was all in Kirsty's more than capable hands. It was rare that days would pass and I hadn't spoken to Kirsty, as she always made sure she checked in to give me an update, to see if I needed anything or just for a chat! Especially during a busy period for the housing market, we always felt like the priority. My only regret about our swift and stress-free move, is that Locate weren't the agents we instructed to sell our house. The difference in the way they operate is nothing short of phenomenal. We won't have to sell our house anytime soon, as they truly did find us our 'forever home', but everyone else in Urmston should know they are the only agents to use!
