FacebookProperty letting by Kirkhams has caused me so much stress. The tenants we have set up the wrong reference number on the standing order, each month I have to chase the payment and each time the payment takes longer, ie it was supposed to be paid by 14th I will not receive any payment until 24th.Kirkham have been made aware of this and said they are monitoring it but 10 days to get payment is ridiculous. 6 months and still not sorted out. My opinion don’t let through kirkham property.

GoogleWell where do we begin, prompt & professional service from start to finish by all persons involved, be it Oliver, Jacob, Kallista, Billy or Stuart. No matter how many times we rang to chase up our move they were pleasant & helpful, nothing bothered them and they assisted with every query. They say moving is stressful and they're not wrong without adding the logistics of our 500 mile move north to Caithness. Thank you very much to everyone involved👏🏼

I ended up making an offer on my dream home and having it accepted. I think the staff are friendly and know their stuff. I feel like they've given a very personal service to me but I also sense that the vendor has had an excellent service from them as well. I can't fault them so far.
