We would 100% recommend using West Riding to buy or sell in Saddleworth. Our agent Gabrielle was AMAZING throughout the whole process and always kept us in the loop. When our first buyers pulled out a few days before exchange she was calm and measured, put the house back on the market in 24-hours and sold it again within a week. And when solicitors were being difficult and non-communicative (a common problem nowadays) Gabrielle always kept the lines of communication open. We’ve used other agents in the area who were frankly hopeless, so it was such a relief to use West Riding.

We have just completed the purchase of our fantastic house on WellMeadow lane in Uppermill at the end of November which was for sale through Kirkham properties and the service we received from start to finish whenever we dealt with the office was fantastic. It was a difficult chain with many side issues to contend with but the team at Kirkhams were amazing starting with Stuart back in July and Billy also. More recently Hannah was so efficient chasing with great tenacity to ensure the exchange and completion went to plan. Danielle who initially showed us the property on our first viewing was a great first contact with the company too. We would highly recommend this company. I felt really comfortable with Dannielle who did the viewings in my home she made it a pleasure and reassured me through this process which can be quite a stressful time.
