GoogleHaving suffered for 8 months under an extremely poor local estate agent, we made the best decision in switching the sale to West Riding. Whilst the conveyancing process was long and convoluted I couldn't have wished for more from Billy and the wider team. Nothing was too much trouble, he was always helpful, cheerful and above all proactive. Despite difficult purchasers and uninterested solicitors Billy did everything he could to keep us informed and drive the process forwards. There are some poor performers amongst Estate Agents, but West Riding are exceptional at what they do. I recommend them, and Billy, unreservedly.

We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers.
Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed.

Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. GoogleSo today me and my wife complete a house purchase as first time buyers, and I would just like to say Kirkhams have been fantastic. Especially Kallista! We first met Kallista on our original viewing and since then Kallista has gone above and beyond for us. Nothing has ever been too much of an ask. Even at short notice Kallista has gone out of her way to help us, even meeting us at the property at short notice. Whenever I've emailed over any questions or queries she would reply swiftly and have an answer almost instantly. Thank You Kallista, you are a great ambassador for the company.
Kirkhams are highly professional and have constantly kept us updated throughout the process, and if anything was slowing the process down they would attempt to get it fixed ASAP to keep the process going.

I cannot emphasise what an excellent, professional and generally likeable individual this is. He was professional and courteous throughout, called back every time he said he would (not a single unreturned call, I checked!) gave regular updates, liaised with the sellers solicitors (who were truly abissmal) organised extra visits to the property for potential works we would need carrying out.

GoogleI’ve recently bought a house through Kirkham’s and have been very impressed with the service they provided. In particularly the manager, Stuart, went out of his way to help. He smoothed away a number of blockages to keep things on track. He kept me updated at all times and was always cheerful and friendly. Never failed to return a call and regularly updated me. I’m sure we wouldn’t have completed as quickly without his interventions. His team were always very responsive and helpful and kindly arranged extra viewings for me, particularly Jacob. They clearly know their market - on my first viewing, they took me round the house and even suggested improvements that neighbours had carried out on their properties. This contrasts starkly with one of their competitors who I viewed a house through who unlocked the door and left me to it and when asked a question said ‘no idea’!
