Oliver, Stuart and the team were great from initial enquires right the way through to handing over keys today (18.12.2020). Comms between us, estate agent, our buyer and even who we were purchasing from was excellent and at one stage the great work behind the scenes from Stuart and our solicitors at Peter Robinson & Co saved our purchase from falling through. GoogleI have used Kirkham Property for the sale of two houses and the purchase of one over the last 4 years. They are a great company to deal with and always provide honest and expert guidance on all aspects of the sale, including information on a realistic sale price and advice to guide you through the sale/purchase, to ensure a timely sale of your property. I have found all the team helpful and knowledgable, and very polite and very customer service orientated. They are always prompt at responding to queries. I also used Kirkhams solicitors to deal with the conveyancing and has always gone smoothly in a timely manner. Great team and would not hesitate to use again or recommend!
