GoogleWe bought our flat through Kirkhams and they were wonderful, from showing us around the flat, negotiating with the vendor and keeping us in touch through the whole process. Stuart liaised with our solicitor and the other solicitors involved in the chain and the agents for the sale of our house. Stuart, Jacob and Billy are so friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them.

FacebookTerrible experience from start to finish. Unprofessional and disorganised through all stages of the process. We ended up doing most of their job for them. The solicitors linked to Kirkhams is slow and only seemed to work part time.

The process was very quick, they provided regular updates and responded to my e-mails within 30 minutes to help with my queries. GoogleWe invited three local agents to value our home in February 2018. The first and second valuations were identical. Oliver completed the final valuation and impressed us with his energy and appreciation for the property. He also valued in excess of the previous companies and expressed his confidence in achieving a successful and profitable sale. Result! Our house was sold the following month to the second viewer at a price of over 4% more than the other valuations. A significant sum in respect of the overall price. Once Oliver had achieved the sale, Stuart took over and was immaculate throughout the whole process. His communication was pro active and always professional. GoogleWe decided to sell our house in Greenfield in the summer and invited some estate agents round to give us a price.we picked Kirkhams in uppermill due to their friendly and professional approach. We had an open house which worked really well, so well that the people who bought our house came to that and twice after . Oliver did all the viewings for us we didn’t need to do a thing, they also gave us valuable advice on things we needed to change in order to get a sale. They were constantly in touch with us with feed back and were proactive at all times, it was almost as if we were part of a family. I cannot praise Stuart and Oliver enough they were fabulous. FacebookVery poor service from a buyer's perspective. Asked to view a property but was told I couldn't as I had not had my property valued by Kirkhams (even though the house I was looking to purchase was half the value of mine) and because my house was not on the market (even though I have a prospective private buyer). Beggars belief ! Will not be using this company to sell anything for me.
