GoogleOutstanding Support from Gabby at West Riding Estate Agents in Uppermill We cannot thank Gabby enough for all the support she gave us throughout the purchase of our new home in Delph Although Gabby was acting as the seller’s estate agent, Gabby went above and beyond to support us throughout the whole process. Gabby was incredibly professional, friendly, approachable and helpful, and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Gabby was always polite, reassuring and supportive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier. Her communication was excellent, and Gabby was always happy to help, answer our questions and keep things moving whenever she could. It really stood out to us just how genuinely lovely Gabby was. Gabby showed so much patience, kindness and understanding, and we felt extremely well looked after from start to finish. Gabby is a real credit to West Riding and an absolute asset to the team. GoogleFrom start to finish our experience of Kirkhams has been amazing !! I asked 3 estate agents to visit my home when we decided to sell and within a few minutes of Jay being with us it was clear that Kirkhams knew what they were talking about . Discussions included the sale value obviously but also factors like the condition of the property and what was in the surrounding area . Jay was a pleasure to deal with and before he had left the property the photographer and details within the advertise had been agreed. Once on the market our property sold very quickly but that wasn’t the end of the interactions with Kirkhams , When our sale had been agreed Michelle took control of the Sale but also gave us lots of valuable advice relating to our purchase - even though it was not a property they were selling. Michelle and the team at Kirkhams were constantly communicating with our buyer and made sure we had regular updates and our buyer was also kept in the loop ensuring that nothing was left to chance. I would highly recommend using Kirkhams and wouldn’t hesitate in using Kirkhams again . My advice to anyone considering putting the property on the market is to use Kirkhams. A very knowledgable local estate agent that treat people with honesty and respect not just as a potential revenue stream!

My initial valuation with John was professional and informative, the team in the office were always friendly and incredibly helpful, and Michelle was fantastic during the final stages before completion, answering any queries promptly and making everything run smoothly. They really made what can be a challenging and stressful process feel much easier. Having used different estate agents in the past, I can honestly recommend Kirkham with complete confidence and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you to the whole team for such a great experience!

GoogleExcellent service again, thank you, particularly Billy! This is our third house sale or purchase through West Riding. Top class service again. See next para for our 2023 review, which still applies in full. ----- A pleasure to deal with this business. Oliver and all his staff are very efficient. We had a potentially difficult house to sell and were not on the open market. Kallista matched our house with a buyer and helped negotiate a price to suit both parties. She kept the deal on track and kept us informed almost daily. We also used Kirkham Legal Services, who were equally efficient. We are 77 and 75 and, over the years, have used several other local agents and solicitors. We have had poor service from most of them. Kirkhams made a welcome change, and we highly recommend them for a job well done. Thanks! David & Margaret Gartside of Uppermill.

GoogleHad a good experience with Kirkham Property Management Ltd throughout our tenancy. Ashleigh was particularly helpful, always professional, responsive, and clear in her communication, which made things much easier from our side. The move-out process was straightforward and handled efficiently, and everything was dealt with fairly. Overall, a well-managed service and a professional team to deal with. Would happily rent through them again.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of West Riding from start to finish. Oliver took great time and care with the introduction and valuation. I was then up against at tight deadline with the sale and it’s fair to say I made my fair share of calls and emails into the office. Gabby was absolutely outstanding at moving things along at pace for me and always responded promptly. We got the sale completed in an unbelievable timescale and I’m extremely grateful to West Riding. I cannot fault the process whatsoever throughout.
