Thanks to Stuart for helping me with the viewing and getting my offer accepted he was approachable and easy to work with. Leah then supported me with organising the purchase and kept in regular contact till completion. The team went above and beyond my expectation. Thanks to all at this establishment

My partner and I put an offer in on a property advised by Kirkham property last month, we offered the asking price and the offer was accepted and we were told it will be sale dependant due to my partner needing to sell his house. The property remained on the market and we were told by Sue Needham that we will be informed if the property received any other offers. We have since looked on Rightmove and noticed the property is now sold STC. We were never told of this and are extremely disappointed with the poor communication and service by Sue representing Kirkham property. We have since further enquired to view another property, my partner spoke to Sue Needham and she informed him that she needs to speak to the seller as they are living in the house so she will ring him back with availability. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THIS CALL BACK.

Honestly, I cannot thank the team at Kirkham’s Chadderton enough. Their service was incredible from start to finish. They made the entire rental process completely stress-free and managed everything perfectly. This is my first rental property, so I was very unsure about the process and how everything worked. Ashleigh and Jay made everything super simple, seamless, and stress-free. Thanks to them, I found the perfect home for me and my son to start our new chapter. Everything was handled by the whole team with great efficiency and care. I would 1000% recommend this company and their AMAZING team!

After two years of property hell we chose Kirkham Property to sell our house. At first we used another agent whose terms seemed slightly better initially. Quick offer, accepted, then the buyer pulled out at Christmas. We then did some renovations and in summer invited Jay to return and revalue. He is such a great first contact with the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help us sell the house. It was on the agents website very quickly. The agent handled the viewings, and in June we received an offer. Today is 6th September and we completed yesterday. The agents have been so professional throughout. Minimum communication but available to help whenever I needed them. I’ve not had to go to the office so can’t comment. I’m not the easiest of people to deal with and give 5 stars to Sue Needham and her team.

The whole experience of selling a house with Kirkham Property ( Chadderton) was simple, efficient and effective. The staff are friendly, helpful and do exactly what they say they will in a timely fashion. Communication by text, email and in person has been clear, informative and prompt. The people giving the valuation and showing round potential buyers were excellent. They listened attentively to what I said and presented the property accurately, positively and realistically. They have friendly, smiley dispositions and lots of personality. Costs were comparable to other companies but the service made it well worth it. I would highly recommend this company and this office.

This is the second time in recent years I've used Kirkham property in Chadderton. My experience on both occasions has been exemplary. My first sale was a commercial property, and more recently a residential property. The staff (with a special shout out to Sue and Jay) have been outstanding. Especially as through no fault of theirs, the sale took a long time due to probate etc, completing. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for commercial or residential appointments.
