GoogleI've just purchased a property from West Riding. I had excellent service from the whole sales team, particularly Billy. As ever, there were some loose ends that needed sorting which can be quite time consuming and annoying. Justine went to the trouble of going the extra mile insorting them out for me very quickly and efficiently. She never made me feel a nuisance and gave great customer service

GoogleFrom the moment Oliver came to value the property, I was put at ease with his friendly approach and knowledge of the market. The photos were fantastic and showed the property off to it’s full potential. The property sold immediately and then I dealt with Billy. GoogleWe have just completed the purchase of our fantastic house on WellMeadow lane in Uppermill at the end of November which was for sale through Kirkham properties and the service we received from start to finish whenever we dealt with the office was fantastic. It was a difficult chain with many side issues to contend with but the team at Kirkhams were amazing starting with Stuart back in July and Billy also. More recently Hannah was so efficient chasing with great tenacity to ensure the exchange and completion went to plan. Danielle who initially showed us the property on our first viewing was a great first contact with the company too. We would highly recommend this company. GoogleThis was the first time I have sold a property and the team at Kirkhams were outstanding making the whole process clear and hassle free. From the initial contact and on site meeting with Oliver, who has exceptional knowledge of the local market, through the marketing and information provision from Jacob and Billy and to the wrapping up of the deal with Hannah the staff were faultless in their service. If buying or selling within this area this is the estate agents to deal with and I would wholeheartedly recommend the service they provide.

GoogleThe team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been. We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers. Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed. All in all a good experience!

GoogleI have used Kirkham Property for the sale of two houses and the purchase of one over the last 4 years. They are a great company to deal with and always provide honest and expert guidance on all aspects of the sale, including information on a realistic sale price and advice to guide you through the sale/purchase, to ensure a timely sale of your property. I have found all the team helpful and knowledgable, and very polite and very customer service orientated. They are always prompt at responding to queries. I also used Kirkhams solicitors to deal with the conveyancing and has always gone smoothly in a timely manner. Great team and would not hesitate to use again or recommend!

The whole team was great, with a special mention to Gabby, who was always available by phone or email.
