Me and my husband desperately needed a new property before our baby arrived. With rentals being so high in demand we didn’t think it was even possible to get a place but still tried. It is our first rental property and we hadn’t got any credit or anything being 18. But the estate agents treated us fairly like everyone else and managed to get us a brand new property. Other agents didn’t even give our enquiries a second glance but Freeman foreman knew better. I would recommend this agents 100%. Efficient, fast, reliable and with the tenants best interest at heart. Any assistance needed and they respond promptly. Couldn’t fault anything.

Would highly recommend freeman Forman as estate agents. We have just purchased our first house that was marketed with them and they have been absolutely amazing from the get go! Tobi initially showed us round the property and did a stellar job of answering all our questions when we knew we’d want to make an offer. Natasha absolutely smashed it at getting the seller to agree on a price with us, and continued to go above and beyond throughout the whole process checking in and relaying vital info. Similarly Fiona also did a grand job at keeping us informed, chasing solicitors and communicating between us and the seller. If you are looking to buy or sell I would 100% recommend Freeman Foreman, I’ve no doubt they would do an excellent job! Thank you to the Team!

The most awful experience with Freeman…

The most awful experience with Freeman Foreman. I had to spend thousands of pounds to renovate my property because of bad tenants and very poor management! I went through the courts to evict the tenants and ended with thousands of arrears that were not managed since 2020.

Mis-Sold on the property.

Mis-Sold on the property. We were told the property was a freehold property however once our solicitors reviewed the contacts we found out the property didn’t come with title or deeds to the land. In other words we’d be buying some very expensive bricks with no way of reselling the property. We pulled the offer and logged a complaint only to be told it was not Freeman Foreman’s responsibility to know if the property came with title and deeds and that they were actually free to advertise the property as they wished. I’d recommend anyone looking to buy a property through Freeman Foreman to proceed with extreme caution.
