Our property was sold vey quickly, which is to be expected in the current climate, however Heather kept me up to date and helped when solicitors stalled. Sometimes this is the part when solicitors can let sellers down but Chase Holmes openness and accessibility kept things moving and we completed in12 weeks which is quite an achievement in the current market! I cannot thank Heather Fawcett enough during the sale of my house. She was there every step of the way with me and was always at the end of the phone when needed. Heather was always willing to go out of her way to resolve any issues that arose during the sale, always had time for me no matter how busy she was and always with a smile on her face. Staff very friendly , simply can not do enough for you , extremely professional , the office well it is Wat is , buts easily well forgotten in seconds once you are introduced to any of the staff , I've spoken with nearly half the staff in the two local offices and I can't find fault sorry you cudnt if you tried ..
