Throughout two sales (the first one fell through - through no fault of Chase Holmes), the service we have received has been flawless. I was informed throughout every step of the journey, the communication was brilliant and there was a real personal feel! From the beginning we were impressed with the advertising, which resulted in us getting 5 offers within a few days. We got more money than the asking price and have been genuinely impressed. I would like to thank Heather and Denise in particular, who have shown empathy and hard work throughout. Thank you again, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chase to anyone!

GoogleExcellent service throughout. Communication was clear, if occasionally a touch slow, and every member of staff was friendly and straightforward to deal with. Lisa, in particular, was fantastic. I would happily recommend this company.

Eventually one ticked all the boxes and the whole purchase was painless thanks to Heather, she was able to answer all of my questions at all hours and constantly provided updates.
