GoogleEven though we were purchasing through Grapevine (not selling) we received outstanding support from start to finish. The personal and friendly service provided by Oliver was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept updated at all times. As a result both our sale and purchase progressed without a hitch. I can't speak highly enough about the service we received from Grapevine and I would recommend them to anybody, without hesitation. Thank you Oliver.

GoogleOliver and Adam were both absolutely fantastic from start to finish with our house purchase. We had some tricky negotiation to pin down a completion date and the team really went above and beyond going between each party in the chain and getting us where we needed to be. No 'estate agent hard sell' from these guys - they are honest, professional and passionate about their business and we'd thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleI used Grapevine recently to sell my property in Twyford. They were absolutely fantastic. Oliver came and viewed my property and was friendly and enthusiastic. When I got an offer he helped me through the acceptance and found me a lovely solicitor to handle my sale. Adam then took over with selling process. He was always available to speak to me and was reassuring when I had any worries. He even helped with my purchase which was going rather slowly. Everyone at Grapevine was helpful, kind and courteous and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They showed me some great houses and then had clearly thought about what I was looking for and showed me the house I have bought. It was not a straightforward process (for reasons out of Grapevine's and my control), however they were always available, very professional and considerate and worked hard to bring all parties to the right conclusion. When looking for a new home my girlfriend and I were a little disappointed in the service of a number or property agents but thankfully the team at Grapevine completely changed that perception. Holly and Oliver were great on the socially distanced viewings and Adam has been fantastic through the rest of the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend using these guys.
