TrustpilotExceptional...
When looking for a new home my girlfriend and I were a little disappointed in the service of a number or property agents but thankfully the team at Grapevine completely changed that perception. Holly and Oliver were great on the socially distanced viewings and Adam has been fantastic through the rest of the process. I would wholeheartedly recommend using these guys.

GoogleScott and his friendly team at the Twyford branch have been superb throughout our entire house sale and purchase. We wanted to use Scott for the sale of our property after he showed us around a new property and we instantly got a good vibe from him which proved accurate throughout. Always responding to queries in a timely manner and transparency throughout - would highly recommend!!

GoogleReally nice guys who were great at showing us around, allowing us to visit multiple times. Communication post offer was pretty poor compared to other agents we have used, but always helpful if you called them, they just never reached out to us.

GoogleHELLOOOO GRAPEVINE! The whole team have just completed on the sale of my property I am almost sad I won’t get to speak to them on such a regular basis. From the first contact I have felt safe and secure knowing that they are going to look after every detail, from the moment we pressed go with the advert my house was under offer within 7 days that was less than 3 months ago and I have handed over the keys to the new owner for them to enjoy the home I loved today. They go above and beyond, they put up with my ‘I want it done yesterday attitude’ their professionalism, friendliness and all round business approach has been great. Highly recommend.
Wow!! what a review!, than you Vikki you were a pleasure to deal with. Hope you have made use of your baking trays

GoogleUsed grapevine to sell my property and completed in September. I was very nervous about putting my house on the market, having had issues with selling a few years back. I can not recommend these guys enough! They are honest, reliable and completely on the ball. I had weekly updates on how the sale was going through and they never stressed me with details unless it was on a need to know basis. You will not regret choosing grapevine to buy or sell property.
Thank you Leanne, hope you are enjoying your new home

FacebookAdam and Oliver were very professional. They sold our house in a couple of weeks and thereafter were always available to help us at every stage of our sale. They were always willing to get involved to smooth the process and liaise with all the parties throughout the chain. A great service and we wish them all the best for the future. Jane and Ron Briscoe

GoogleHaving sold several houses over the years we found the team at Grapevine to be a refreshing and enthusiastic change to the normal high street agent. Thank you Oliver, Adam & Holly. GoogleWe were extremely impressed with their exceptional dedication. Both Adam & Oliver always acted on our behalf in a fast and professional manor. They continuously kept us, as all parties, updated from start to finish. Grapevine provided us with a professional, knowledgeable and high standard service. I was quoted in a telephone conversation that ‘our house was our most treasured procession and that keeping us updated with emails and texts regularly is only what everyone should expect and deserve at every stage of the process’. That stuck in my mind because that is how I felt. Grapevine exceeded expectations at every point in the process and there was not at any point anything we could fault them on or suggest they could do better. We will openly recommend them to friends and family with confidence that the experience of working with them would easily surpass any other estate agent they may consider. It has been a true pleasure to have sold our house through them. They really did deliver the best service all the way through the house selling journey. Thank you Grapevine. - 68 Springfield Park, Twyford, Berks, RG10 9JH
Thank you Lisa, glad we reached the positive finish line!!!!

FacebookAdam and Oliver manage to balance professionalism whilst sharing your goal to sell your property on a personal level. We really could see and feel the difference in their approach from the first meeting in comparison to many of the larger, well known companies, and that is why we chose them. Their task was made difficult as the marketing of our property coincided perfectly with a drop in the market yet, they continued to work hard and eventually secured 2 offers for us to select from and in the price bracket we needed/wanted. Flexible and considerate to our needs, and always kept us up to date. I would not hesitate to recommend Grapevine Estate Agents to anyone considering to use them
You are so beautiful that every man would love to go on a long term relationship with you if you don't mind. I try adding you as a friend but it is not working it will be my pleasure if you send me a friend request or message me .thank you God bless you..

My partner and I purchased with grapevine earlier this year, nothing was too much trouble for them - quick to respond via email and always had time to talk. Viewings were under COVID restrictions and held safely inline with regulations. It’s been a pleasure to deal with them - I’d happily engage them when we come to sell.
