They continuously kept us, as all parties, updated from start to finish. Grapevine provided us with a professional, knowledgeable and high standard service. I was quoted in a telephone conversation that ‘our house was our most treasured procession and that keeping us updated with emails and texts regularly is only what everyone should expect and deserve at every stage of the process’. That stuck in my mind because that is how I felt. FacebookAdam and Oliver manage to balance professionalism whilst sharing your goal to sell your property on a personal level. We really could see and feel the difference in their approach from the first meeting in comparison to many of the larger, well known companies, and that is why we chose them. Their task was made difficult as the marketing of our property coincided perfectly with a drop in the market yet, they continued to work hard and eventually secured 2 offers for us to select from and in the price bracket we needed/wanted. Flexible and considerate to our needs, and always kept us up to date. I would not hesitate to recommend Grapevine Estate Agents to anyone considering to use them
