Haydon was always very helpful and it was reassuring to know that we would receive feedback from every viewing, which they accompanied. We were fortunate to have offers in the first week of marketing, Although, the first offer didn't proceed because their buyer pulled out it didn't take long to find another buyer... they just took a long time to complete! I would highly recommend Grapevine.

We would like to respectfully clarify one important point regarding the tenure of the property at 6 Sindle Close. At no stage were we attempting to misrepresent the property. The instruction we have received, and the basis on which the property is being marketed, is for a 100% freehold sale. Whilst the property is currently held on a shared ownership basis, the housing association is in the process of relinquishing their share, allowing the property to be sold as a freehold. This is also supported by a RICS valuation carried out on a 100% freehold basis.
We are sorry if this was not communicated as clearly as it should have been during your visit, and we will certainly take this feedback on board to ensure greater clarity moving forward.
