Ollie and Adam were very helpful.

Ollie and Adam were very helpful walking me through my house purchase. Ollie made me aware of a new property up for sale that fit my requirements after an offer I made on a previous property fell through. This enabled me to put in an offer before the property was even listed and we achieved a 3 month completion before my mortgage offer expired. Adam was also incredibly helpful, working with solicitors on both sides to ensure completion happened at the set deadline. I can highly recommend Grapevine.

The team (we've dealt with Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally) at Grapevine Twyford has just helped us to sell our apartment in Hurst.We can only recommend these guys because, every time we spoke to them, we felt like they were actually listening to what we were asking/asking for.They helped us to get the property price right (maximising our value but being realistic at the same time). I have used Grapevine’s letting and managing services for the past year, and would never consider using anyone else. Having photographed and advertised my property, they soon found me the perfect tennants, and consistently kept me updated as the applications progressed. I now have peace of mind, particularly as I do not live locally, that with Grapevine’s management services everything is taken care of and my property is being looked after.The level of professionalism, expert advice and guidance, particularly from lettings property manager Holly has been outstanding, and I have no hesitation in recommending using Grapevine’s letting and management services.

I enquired about a commercial property. I was subsequently emailed, and received an SMS, to complete a domestic property information request. I wasn't sure why, so I emailed them but never got a reply. Two days later I am still waiting for someone to come back to me about my enquiry and am now starting to receive marketing emails that I never signed up for. Not a great initial impression considering all the other outstanding reviews. Response: Hmmmmm, yet you can respond to a negative Google review within half an hour 🤔 and it wasn't yesterday it was the day before, you may well have got the request from Rightmove yesterday but thst wasn't when it was sent. You clearly do well with your domestic customers so can I suggest you stick to that? Commercial custom is much more fast paced and maybe you're not suited to it?

He was so easy to contact when we needed and would get back to us with any answers to questions pretty much immediately. He was personable and honest, and even took time out of his bank holidays to give us updates. Very happy with the service from Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally in handling the purchase of our home in 2022. Thoroughly professional and friendly throughout, not to mention calm and understanding as we hit the inevitable bumps in the process! Since completion they were also a great help in connecting us with local trades (we were new to the area). Due to unforeseen reasons we had to sell the house in 2025 and had no hesitation in contacting Grapevine again to handle the sale. We received multiple viewings straight away and ended up with a great offer within a week. Unfortunately that offer fell through but we were soon under offer again, and from that point on Grapevine managed the sale efficiently and professionally.
