GoogleVery happy with the service from Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally in handling the purchase of our home in 2022. Thoroughly professional and friendly throughout, not to mention calm and understanding as we hit the inevitable bumps in the process! Since completion they were also a great help in connecting us with local trades (we were new to the area). Due to unforeseen reasons we had to sell the house in 2025 and had no hesitation in contacting Grapevine again to handle the sale. We received multiple viewings straight away and ended up with a great offer within a week. Unfortunately that offer fell through but we were soon under offer again, and from that point on Grapevine managed the sale efficiently and professionally. Thank you to the whole team at Grapevine for making the purchase and subsequent sale of our home as smooth and stress-free as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

What an experience, simply the best estate agents I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. From the first point of contact, Oliver made us feel so special. We made certain conditions on point of making an offer which were all met and 4 weeks later, we had the keys to our new property in our hands. Even the other parties' solicitors were surprised how fast we had managed to do it. From the outset Oliver at Grapevine was fantastic. His advice was sound and his enthusiasm knew no bounds. . Holly took amazing pictures of the place and no surprises .. it was sold within a week. GoogleGreat experience from initial house valuation to the whole completion exercise. Oliver was the only Estate Agent I explored who came prepared in terms of setting a realistic expectation on the house value (he was armed with all local houses and their actual sale prices in the past few years), but was also fully supportive if I wanted to try a slightly higher initial house guide price. They kept me informed of feedback of all viewings, made suggestions on how we might enhance pictures or property descriptions, and I felt all along they remained fully focused on the job in hand. At no stage did I feel they had other more important clients. In terms of the team, I dealt with Oliver, Adam and Holly, and in all cases they seemed to have a consistent ethic of professionalism and positivity. Grapevine represented the sellers and the house was keenly photographed and described. We were very eager to view the house based upon their description. Holly was a very capable guide and was happy to let us 'roam' the property whilst being close by to answer our questions. We offered immediately, and our offer was accepted very quickly. Our own buyer was not in a hurry and after 3 months pulled out so we thought we had lost the house we wished to purchase. But we got another buyer almost immediately and the vendor decided to stay with us. Grapevine, (Oliver and Adam), recognising our misfortune, seemed to get closer to us and kept us fully informed about progress in the 'chain'. We lost the second buyer but the vendors hung in with us and we are very appreciative of that. When a third buyer came along, they, like us, were keen to get to a resolution and Adam, at Grapevine was at pains to keep us informed of progress. Our second viewing, to 'measure up' when we were getting close to the wire, was handled by Holly again and she did an excellent job. Finally, we made it, and we got to meet the whole team in person. Thank you Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally for your efforts. It took nine months but here we are and we have settled very well.

GoogleWe chose to place our house sale with Grapevine because they offered us the most professional, convenient and sales-oriented pitch for our property - and then they went above and beyond! I said they'd set themselves a high bar by valuing the house higher than other local agents - but they were confident, and they delivered. We had a constant stream of viewers and a few offers (which started off as not very realistic and Grapevine were keen to advise that they could achieve more). Then, after we accepted an offer STC, they stayed involved along every step of what proved to be a long and complex sale (because of huge solicitor problems). During an exceptionally busy time for them, they provided us with every reassurance and assistance, and all worked out very well in the end. Seriously, Adam, Ollie and Holly were so much better than we could even have imagined, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them.
