If we had the option we would give Grapevine a million stars, not just 5! Oliver, Adam, Holly and Sally at Grapevine are estate agency Rock Stars! From the very start of the process of selling our property Grapevine were there for us every step of the way providing expert advice and help when needed - and sometimes just a bit of a chat and a laugh too to keep our spirits up! Ours was a stressful sale (to say the least) and we would never have made it over the finish line without Grapevine fighting our corner every step of the way. The whole team went well above and beyond to get us through to completion and we will never be able to thank them enough for everything they did for us! We would 1000% recommend Grapevine. A big thank you to the wonderful Sally, for a fast and professional service. As a first time landlady I was quite unsure of the process and what I was doing, so it was a huge relief to have it all taken care of, Sally is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient re my millions of questions, a process that I was expecting to be overwhelmed with was made virtually stress free, Thank you Sally! I would be more than happy to recommended Grapevine to anyone wanting to let their property out.

The Grapevine Team were amazing from start to finish. After trying to sell with a well known, international (and expensive!) brand estate agent who gave us very bad service, were unresponsive and really didn't show any need to sell our home we decided to use a local agency. It was the best decision we made. The service we received was above and beyond. We were trying to sell in a tricky market (global pandemic) but Adam, Ollie, and Hollie never gave up and secured us a buyer relatively quickly. We were kept up to date at every point through the sale and our buyers the same. We would absolutely use no one else if we were ever going to sell again! Thanks Guys!!!!

After changing Estate Agent twice due to what I believe to be below par service from other Twyford based agents, I was delighted with the help I received from Grapevine. The team really took the time to let us know they cared about our sale, kept in touch during lockdown, and delivered on their promises. Oliver, Adam and Hollie were very professional and courteous throughout the selling and purchase of our new property. They kept us fully updated with progress and we’re very effective in all aspects. We had a number of estate agents to choose from and had been unsuccessful with previous attempts. Even during a very difficult time (Covid pandemic) the grapevine team remained positive and it made little difference to their ability to make successful sale. I would highly recommend Grapevine as an Estate Agent having just completed on my purchase. Ollie was my main point of contact and great throughout. Excellent communication throughout and always on hand and quick to respond to queries or sort any issues. He has a great knowledge of the property market which gives you confidence. Additionally he is not a typical "hard salesman". He is very personable and consultative. In addition where I dealt with other members of the team, I found the same high standards - Holly was friendly and knowledgeable and Adam again was friendly, knowledgeable and rapid at responding. There is no doubt that with all the hurdles of Covid and ups and downs of the process, that this would purchase would not have happened if it wasnt for the team at Grapevine. 5 star service!!

From the moment I decided to sell my house there was only ever one option for me regardless of the choice in Twyford. It was Grapevine. They just know how to sell period properties! From the outset Oliver at Grapevine was fantastic. His advice was sound and his enthusiasm knew no bounds. . Holly took amazing pictures of the place and no surprises .. it was sold within a week. Amazing! An outstanding job by the team! Knowledgable and reassuring Oliver makes you feel at ease with the process and between himself and Adam they manage everything for you... including your wobbles, nerves and frustration because let's face it.. it's one of the most scary but exciting times in anyone's life. Oliver, Adam and Holly are an excellent team. They have been warm and friendly as well as efficient and transparent throughout the whole process of selling my parents’ home. The house was put on the market with speed and the photographs were of excellent quality. Oliver kept me informed of every viewing and gave clear and constructive feedback each time. After the house was sold Adam kept me fully informed of the sale progress. I expected it to be a stressful process but the Grapevine team made it feel straightforward and were always a pleasure to speak to. I highly recommend them.

GoogleWe were on the market for almost three years during a difficult time in the property market (plus Brexit) and with a Grade II listed building to sell. After nearly two years with another agent we switched to Grapevine who listened to our brief and stuck with it and with much enthusiasm and determination they sold our property. When the offer was made the whole process took about 16 weeks with the help of their recommended solicitor. We are now settling in to our dream home by the coast. We were moving into the area & our house (with another agent) was taking ages to sell, they kept us informed on houses to view & found us the perfect house. They kept us up to date on the process and nudged things along when needed. I'm hoping we won't need to move for a long time - but when we do - we'd go back to Grapevine!
