Highly recommended

We worked with Adam and Oliver when we moved to Twyford 5 years ago (they were then at Grapevine) and so didn't hesitate to go back to them when we were looking to move last year. They have continued to provide us with advice and it's always felt like we're getting an honest opinion and no 'hard sell' - appreciated both when we were buying and selling! They are lovely to work with, professional and personable. We bought and sold through them at the end of last year and couldn't fault the service from them or from Holly. They make a great team and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy / sell in the area.

They organised the open-house viewing arrangements to make selling of our property hassle-free for us; and they also showed us the property we bought. I am in estate agency myself and really couldn't fault them at all, on the ball, always there to speak to, if not they call you back even after hours. From the word go , Grapevine were exemplary, prepared and excellent presentation in all aspects of the sale of my house.We had a very well arranged and executed weekend of viewings, which resulted in six very strong sincere, offers . I was interesting in purchasing a house that Grapevine were selling. When discussing it with Oliver, he asked if I had found an agent to sell my property, which I hadn't, so we agreed that Grapevine would manage both he sale of my property and the property I was phrasing (which I am now living in). The most notable thing about my experience with Oliver and Adam is that, I felt like they were my agents working for me, as opposed to being the commodity begin traded (which my experience with other agents had been). Good communication, professional service and defiantly disproving the claims of local agents that shop windows in the area are required to sell a property.

Though the selling process Oliver was in touch daily with updates, leads and details of how he had followed up each visit or enquiry. Post offer completion was a rather a drawn out affair with lots of problems but Oliver managed all issues and took responsibility for updating the chain above us and trying his best to keep all parties informed and happy in difficult circumstances. They made a very stressful sale much easier and I am very grateful for all their help. My dealings with other estate agents have really not been to this standard of customer service at all. And then all of this level of detail and customer service for a very competitive price! I really wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would very highly recommend you do the same if thinking of it! Truly first rate experience in every way, from start to finish, reminding why it’s worth paying a little extra to get a proper, professional estate agent who sells your house and supports to see it through fully to completion, as opposed to the so-called ‘online estate agents’. Top service - Highly recommend

We were first time buyers with a rather useless solicitor.Oliver (and Adam) hand held us every step of the process, advising where necessary and even helping us chase our solicitor where necessary. They were always available on the other end of the phone to give updates and happily answer any questions.We had a few times where we had to have somewhat 'awkward' conversations about money with the seller, Oliver was able to read the situation and act as intermediary in a way that left both parties happy, and avoided any tension.Our awful solicitor meant our process could have been horrifically stressful, these guys absolutely went above and beyond to minimise our stress and we will not hesistate to use them again should the time arise.
