GoogleWe recently sold our house through Grapevine, and were really impressed with the professionalism, service and communication from them. Any questions we had they were always there to answer, and they did everything they could to help us find a new larger home in the village. I've only good things to say about them, and they'll be the first people we call if we decide to move again!

We've relied on Ollie and Adam at Grapevine for a couple of our moves now. They couldn't be more helpful. Our most recent move, a relocation, was problematic up and down the chain. Grapevine kept things moving when no one else seemed to, and, as we neared exchange, kept the pressure on. These guys know the market inside out, are fair to deal with, professional and go the extra mile. The best estate agent in Berkshire by a country mile.

The team at Grapevine were amazing and far more informative than my own solicitors! They were always happy to help, advise, answer any questions (as a clueless first time buyer there were many!) and were always keeping the process moving and chain informed. The team are super friendly, genuinely lovely people and an absolute pleasure to deal with, i would never use another agent now. Adam in particular was awesome at getting everything across the line.

Grapevine managed the sale of our house and we found them to be professional and friendly with good local knowledge. The main reason we would recommend them, however, is how proactive and responsive they are if your sale does not go smoothly. When our buyer chain fell through they went straight to work and found us a new buyer in short time to ensure that we did not lose the house we were buying.

Ollie and the grapevine team met myself and my wife in 2017 and since then Ollie has conducted himself with professionalism and in my opinion is the best estate agent I have spoken too and worked with in the Rg10 postcodes. I say that knowing that I can be demanding having recently sold and purchased with them. He and his the team have helped in many ways, too many to mention. So if you want someone that knows you and has a vested interest in finding you the right property, then this is the team that delivers.

We were throughly delighted with the service we received from the staff at Grapevine, they were super responsive, and dealt with questions in a friendly and professional manner. If you dropped into the office they would give you their upmost attention even when they were clearly in the middle of something else. If I lived nearer I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
